Limited parking

Due to our town centre location, on-site parking is very limited. However, there is on-street parking available nearby, and a council multi-storey car park is conveniently located a short distance behind our guest house. The car park currently charges £10 per day.

We operate our Guest House on a limited number of rooms to create a cosy and quiet atmosphere. We happily accept children from the age of 14 years and upwards.

We operate our Guest House on a limited number of rooms to create a cosy and quiet atmosphere. It is the place to rest and recharge, a place to breathe deep and sleep well. In each room, you will find a TV, hairdryer, soft towels, essential toiletries, free wi-fi and a hot drinks tray.

Due to our town centre location, parking on site is very limited, but there is on-street parking nearby and a Council multi-storey carpark conveniently located a short distance behind our Guest House, so it should not be much of a problem after all.

All forms of smoking or vaping inside the guest house are strictly prohibited. If guests have been smoking within the premises, a cleaning fee (a minimum charge of at least one night's stay) will be applied.
Sorry, but we do not accept pets except for guide dogs with prior notification.
No hen or stag parties are permitted due to the quiet nature of our guest house.
All guests must respect the privacy of other guests and refrain from making excessive noise or causing any disturbances, especially during the quiet hours (usually between 11 pm and 7 am) to ensure all guests can rest comfortably.
Any additional guests not listed on the reservation must be approved by the management beforehand. No outside visitors are allowed in the guest rooms.
Check-in and check-out times must be followed. Late check-ins/check-outs may require prior approval and an additional charge.
All damages or loss of property incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest, including keys or key cards. The guest house may impose a cleaning fee for any excessive mess in the room or facilities.
Any meals/takeaways must be consumed in the dining area and not in the guest bedrooms.
Use of illegal drugs and or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and persons/groups may be asked to leave with no refund. The guest house reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone for any reason.
International guests must present valid photo identification at check-in.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property, documents and valuables throughout their stay.
The guest house reserves the right to enter the room for maintenance, repairs, or cleaning purposes at any time.
Guests must report any damage or problems with the room or facilities as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not accept responsibility for any damage or loss of vehicles parked on our premises.
Guests are advised to follow all local laws and regulations at all times.
